About

Therapy Style: I look at a client from a transpersonal/holistic and systemic perspective. From a holistic standpoint I consider their connection to others, personal insight, awareness, and what energizes them. While from the system perspective, I consider the barriers to change, support networks, and power differentials that influenced their interpersonal growth and development. I use person-centered and transpersonal  psychotherapy, which means that I take a non-authoritative approach that allows clients to take more of a lead in discussions so that in the process, they will discover there own solutions.  I also practice transpersonal/holistic therapy, which focuses on ego strengthening, mind-body relations, spirituality, consciousness, and human transformation.  My expertise in being able to incorporate alternative modalities such as hypnosis, energy healing and/or mindfulness and meditation supports client’s motivation for change.
